What began in Zofingen in 1989 has endured for over 30 years: the world’s most important duathlon(cycling and running) and the only world championship in the canton of Aargau. Every year, athletes from over 30 countries travel to Switzerland to compete in the most demanding duathlon event on the planet.

The success of the Powerman event is based on the combination of strong local roots and worldwide appeal. Participants praise the „swiss precision“ in the organisational quality and the nevertheless familiar atmosphere.
